This Shipping Policy applies to merchandise purchased through the Valerie Morales online store, including purchases accessed through valeriemorales.com, Shopify, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, and other authorized Valerie Morales promotional channels.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

During album releases, merchandise drops, promotional campaigns, holidays, or other periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Pre-Orders

Certain merchandise may be offered as a pre-order before its official release or availability date.

Estimated release dates and shipping timeframes will be displayed on the applicable product page when available.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, production, distribution, supply-chain, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of VM Music, LLC.

If an order contains both pre-order merchandise and in-stock merchandise, the entire order may be held until all items are available to ship together unless otherwise stated.

Signed, Numbered and Limited-Edition Merchandise

Certain Valerie Morales merchandise may be personally signed, individually numbered, produced in limited quantities, or designated as collectible merchandise.

Because autographed and limited-edition products are individually handled, reasonable variations in signatures, numbering, placement, packaging, or appearance may occur.

These natural variations are part of the unique nature of signed and collectible merchandise and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors including:

• Package weight and dimensions;

• Available carrier services.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

VM Music, LLC is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address;
• An unclaimed package;
• Refused delivery;
• Failed delivery attempts; or
• Another address-related issue,

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be shipped again.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a shipping label has been created. Please allow the shipping carrier time to receive and scan the package into its system.

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been lost while in transit, please contact us with your:

• Full name;
• Order number; and
• Shipping information.

When appropriate, VM Music, LLC will assist with carrier inquiries or available claims procedures.

Replacement or reimbursement will depend on the circumstances of the shipment, available carrier coverage, and the results of any applicable carrier investigation.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around your property or designated delivery area;
• Ask household members;
• Check with neighbors;
• Contact your local carrier office; and
• Review the tracking details for any delivery notes.

Once a carrier marks a package as successfully delivered, VM Music, LLC cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in investigating the delivery when appropriate.

Damaged Packages or Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

• Photographs of the damaged merchandise;
• Photographs of the exterior shipping package; and
• Photographs of any damaged interior packaging.

Please retain all merchandise and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Claims involving carrier damage may require photographs or other documentation.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

• Customs duties;
• Import taxes;

• Brokerage charges;

• Other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the merchandise price or shipping charges paid to VM Music, LLC.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.

VM Music, LLC does not control customs agencies and cannot guarantee how long international customs clearance will take.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, or other required charges were not paid, any refund eligibility will be determined according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Original shipping costs and return shipping expenses may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations or decline orders when delivery is unavailable, prohibited, or presents a reasonable fraud, security, or fulfillment concern.

If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our store policies.
